• Automatically collected information. We collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, referring pages, approximate location, browser and device type, and IP address, typically through privacy-friendly analytics.

2. How we use information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the directory and the Service;
• Verify and update business listings and process claim requests;
• Process Featured-listing applications and related billing;
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
• Send you service-related and, where you have consented, marketing communications by email, phone, or text message;
• Measure listing performance and understand how the Service is used;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

3. SMS/text messaging & calls

If you provide your phone number and consent, we may contact you by phone call and SMS/text message about your listing, your claim or Featured-listing request, and related offers.

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
• We do not sell or share your phone number or messaging consent with third parties, and we do not share this information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service, including with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf — for example, our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our CRM, forms, and messaging provider (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), mapping providers (Google Maps, OpenStreetMap), and analytics providers. These providers may process your information under their own terms in addition to ours.

Depending on where you live (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising. 8. Data retention & security
